We have our next New Jersey Rivian Club meet-up lined up. This one is family, education, and community oriented.
On Sunday June 2, from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, we will be volunteering at M.E.V.O.
M.E.V.O (Mahwah Environmental Volunteer Organization) is a non-profit based in Bergen County/Mahwah NJ. Here is their link: https://www.mevo.org/
They have two primary initiatives – one is for community clean-up and the other is for farming at their two large vegetable farms.
We will be lending a hand with their farming efforts which benefits many in the local community. Tasks can include but are not limited to:
- planting veggies like kale, peppers, carrots and more
- aiding with composting and moving soil
- general farming maintenance like weeding and plant trimming
This is an event where the whole family can not only lend a hand in taking care of a local, community focused farm but also learn some things about growing and maintaining your own veggie gardens.
We would love to have 10-15 Rivian owners show up to lend a hand!
If you think you can join us please indicate such and let us know how many people you would like to bring – coming solo is fine too! – and we’ll keep you posted on further details.

Want to hang with the Rivian owners that show up but skip getting down and dirty?
We will be heading to Shannon Rose in Ramsey, NJ, an Irish Pub right off Rt. 17 N, immediately afterwards to enjoy some bites and beverages. We will be arriving around 1 PM.
No limit on head count at the pub. The more, the merrier!
